We need your help spreading the word about Kindergarten Registration! We need accurate numbers so we have the correct number of kindergarten teachers for the upcoming school year. Please pass this on to your friends and neighbors if they have children that will be starting kindergarten at Apple Valley in the fall. Feel free to call the school if you have questions.

Lunch menu for the last week of school is manager's choice. As of now, this is what our school is planning on serving.
Free Summer Meals for youth ages 18 and under. Lunches served Mon-Fri 10:30-11:30 from June 1 - August 7 at the Santaquin Centennial Park (300 W 100 S). Lunches must be eaten on site. No lunch served on June 19, July 3, and July 24.
Calling all Apple Valley alumni seniors. Join us for Grad Walk on Monday, May 18. Walk starts at 10:00 so meet before in the lobby.

To help with even class placement, we will be doing Kindergarten Screeners. These assessments will take about 15 minutes per student to complete. Parents will attend the screener with their child and wait while they are tested.

Apple Valley wants to give a big shout out to three of our teachers for graduating. Mrs Capps and Ms Stevens were here all year as interns and we were so impressed with them. They have now graduated and we wish them the very best in their futures! Ms Peery, one of our amazing third grade teachers, also graduated with her Masters in Education for Teacher Leadership. Congrats ladies!

Student council members, Roxy & Owen, chose to interview our amazing music teacher for the faculty spotlight this week. Mrs Hoschouer is so talented and creative in how she teaches and fills our students with a love of music.

Student council members, Ellie & Delilah, interviewed Mrs Kober for this week's Faculty Spotlight. Mrs Kober is our amazing school counselor and is such a big help to our students. She is so caring and has so many resources to help. She is also over our Student Council where the students have the opportunity to be leaders and serve in various ways around the school. Apple Valley is so grateful for Mrs Kober!
